Danielle Copperman is a British model, entrepreneur, writer and chef and is also trained in Strala yoga and holistic massage. Danielle is passionate about promoting more natural and healthful rituals that can assist in handling the stress caused by the modern world. At the age of 18 whilst modelling full-time and travelling often, Danielle was finding that her energy levels were constantly low, and so on top of eating well for physical maintenance, She turned to food for energy. This journey inspired her to begin to search for ways in which food, movement and rituals could contribute to her physical and mental health, and started a wellbeing blog, Model Mange Tout. On her journey through wellbeing she studied Biology and Nutrition and became a qualified nutritionist. In 2014, she launched a successful company specializing in healthy, gluten-free breakfast products – known as Qnola. Qnola is a range of quinoa based breakfast cereals, handmade in London. The products are flavoured naturally with pure, organic superfoods, and are totally free from gluten, wheat, grains, dairy, refined sugar, additives and preservatives. With her blog and Qnola brand combined, Danielle has now developed a loyal following on Instagram, and many regular online customers as well as keen attendees to her exclusive supper clubs. She is also currently in the midst of writing her new book set for release in 2018.
