Lee Forster is a former GB international swimmer, turned entrepreneur and is the co-founder of premium wellness brand, Neat Nutrition. In the few years since Neat’s conception, Lee has steered the business through 3 years of over 700% YOY growth, resulting in a successful external seed investment round of £1.5million.
As a former GB swimmer for almost a decade, Lee had access to world-class nutritional expertise. This incredible guidance allowed Lee to build up a unique knowledge of the sports-nutrition space. Upon retiring at 25, Lee was inspired to create his company Neat after realising how confusing the world of sports nutrition could be.
Following years of research and development, Neat was born with a goal to take nutrition back to basics and create a simple, great tasting product for all healthy lifestyles. Since its inception, Neat has become the number one wellness brand on Net-A-Porter and Mr Porter and is sold in London’s most premium fitness studios, such as Boom Cycle and 1Rebel. Celebrity fans have come out in support of Neat, including Pink, Claudia Schiffer, Millie Macintosh and Rebecca Adlington.
Lee’s experience as a world-class athlete and strategy consultant, has meant that he has become one of the most-talked about CEOs in the pharmaceutical industry. Known for being a straight talker, heis regularly invited to appear as a panellist on global events, commenting on topics like ‘How to Create Wellness in the Workplace’, ‘Building a successful start-up in Health and Fitness’, and ‘Inspiring Entrepreneurship in the Workplace’.
