Sharron Davies

Former professional swimmer Sharron Davies is a real sporting personality who is a popular TV guest and pundit having retired from competition in the 90s. Sharron is available for a wide range of TV presenting roles and has great experience of doing so. She has presented on Channel 4 for the Big Breakfast in 1996, has commentated of the BBC on a wide rang of events, was a Gladiator on ITVs popular game show, and has been a joint host presenter along with Jim Rosenthal on Five’s latest revival of the long running celebrity sports competition Superstars.
Sharron always displayed a fine talent for swimming from a young age. She Competed in many Commonwealth Games in Edmonton and Auckland, and won two gold, two silver and two bronze medals in this time. She also won bronze, twice, at European feel and a silver in the Moscow Ga-mes of 1980. In 2010, Sharron also took part in the ITV series Dancing on Ice, partnered by regular participant Pavel Albrecht, and proved a popular contestant. Back in 2005, Sharon also contributed to the Olympic Bid of Great Britain by appearing as spokesperson on BBC’s Question Time where she made a great argument as to why the Games should come to London.
