The Fabulous Baker Brothers

Tom and Henry Herbert are known as The Fabulous Baker Brothers. They are right on the front line of bakery, innovating and cooking up goodies for all. As well as this, the pair are regulars on TV cooking shows and food events, where they perform as much loved and in demand double act The Fabulous Baker Brothers. Since 2012 they have been combing the ultimate in meat and bread snacks and have starred din their own series on Channel Four and More4.
Both with a keen interest in food from a young age, it was Tom who first made waves and became a master baker. As such, Henry decided he wouldn’t go into cooking as his brother had it covered, but instead he got into butchery. Years later, the pair amazingly ended up working right next door to each other in London after a few successful years: Henry was the Butcher, Tom was the Baker, and so it was that they decided to team up and double their efforts. It has proved hugely successful so far and has also spawned a popular book, The Fabulous Baker Brothers, which show you just how easy it can be to bake like a professional in your own home. From perfect pizzas and simple chapattis to the ultimate burger and the massive pork pie, it is all in there. These two are the new face of cooking and their family run business, now in its fifth generation, Hobbs House Bakery, is rightfully regarded as one of the best.
