Run–D.M.C is an American hip hop group who rose to fame in the 1980s. This legendary group are widely regarded as one of the biggest influencers in the hip hop genre. Alongside the likes of Public Enemy, LL COOL J and the The Beastie Boys this group signified the advent of the new school of hip hop.
