Michael Fabiano is celebrated as one of the world’s finest opera singers. In his storied career, the New Jersey-born vocalist has turned out mesmeric performances at some of the world’s most famous opera houses, including the San Francisco Opera, Paris Opera, Metropolitan Opera, Canadian Opera Company and The Royal Opera among many others. He has won acclaimed awards such as the Richard Tucker Award and the Beverly Sills Artist Award, both in the same year in 2014, which made him the first person in history to hold both simultaneously.
Known for being able to hold the attention of his audience like no other, Fabiano debuted as Lensky in Tchaikovsky’s Eugene Onegin at the Royal Opera to rave reviews. Recent parts include Rodolfo in La Boheme and Faust in Boito’s Mefistofele. When not on the road touring, Fabiano is a keen aviator, and has co-founded ArtSmart alongside John Viscardi and Liz Letak, a not-for-profit organisation that provides free voice lessons to under-served students. The organisation has since proved successful and expanded around the country. Singing to crowds of thousands in some of the world’s leading opera houses, the highly talented Michael Fabiano is a leading light within classical music.
